As a child I was severely affected with Asthma. This meant long periods in hospital and when I was home, I wasn’t often able to attend school.

This meant long periods on my own and during these times I would read or draw.

I remember being given a compendium of Disney picture books and I would sit for many hours copying the pictures of Mickey Mouse and other Disney Characters.

These days I paint in oils on canvas. I tend to paint people rather than landscapes. I’m always looking for portrait commissions, so please contact me if you’d like a portrait painted.
